Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) welcomes over 1.9 million passengers a year, served by Delta, United, American Airlines and Southwest. With a $110 million renovation underway to expand its terminal, ECP needed a passenger processing system built to keep pace with its growth plans — without waiting on concrete.
As one of AeroCloud’s first customers, ECP turned to us again to solve a new problem: how to serve more airlines and more passengers from the same fixed set of desks and gates.

The Deployment
Onsite while the terminal was still under construction
Team AeroCloud arrived onsite in November 2024 to find the terminal still under construction. With connectivity insufficient, AeroCloud proposed a full network upgrade. Engineers worked hand-in-hand with ECP’s maintenance team to resolve issues onsite, then completed full acceptance testing with Delta, United, American and Southwest — earning excellent feedback from every airline.
