Feature-rich
Passenger Check-In & Boarding, Flight and System Admin Control, Weight and Balance, Baggage View, Service Desk Payment and Flight Watch.
Weight and Balance
Our optional aircraft Weight and Balance module manages the production of Baggage Loading Instruction Reports (LIR) and Load Sheets for both local airport staff and from a Centralized Load Control (CLC) department.
Chat App
Features a built-in Chat App to allow real-time communications between the Load Controller and the operating station for Weight and Balance purposes.
This App is available for all users of our DCS.
IATA Messaging
Allows the receipt and sending of all IATA message types via TTY, email, and free-text messages. UK IAPI compliant, along with established MQ links with other countries.
Generates standard IATA Post Departure messages, including PRL, MVT and PSM.
eDCS Mobile
Requires only a Wi-Fi or 3G connection and is available via Android and iOS companion applications along with the standard Windows client.
Delivers full Passenger Check-in using the latest scanning technology to capture passport and identity card documents. It can also be used for Baggage Reconciliation (AAA regulations compliant).
Self-Service
Includes Self-Service kiosks for check-in and bag tag printing. Our common-use platform delivers the flexibility to place kiosks in strategic locations within the airport and allows maximum passenger capture for multiple carriers on each unit.
Mobile Check-In
Allows remote check-in and bag tag printing from a mobile cart.
Users can also use handheld devices to check passengers in, scan passports and complete the passenger boarding process delivering flexibility at off-site check-in points, such as hotels and cruise ships.
Baggage Handling Solutions
Includes bag tag printing via our mobile carts plus full baggage reconciliation from security to the point of loading, meeting AAA regulations with an auto feed directly into our DCS.
