#### AEROCLOUD BRINGS STATE-OF-THE-ART OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS TO LYNDEN PINDLING INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (NAS) 


AUGUST 16th 2022: AeroCloud Systems (AeroCloud), the 100% cloud native software platform dedicated to the support of airports, has won a contract to provide the Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) and gate management systems (GMS) for the largest international airport in The Bahamas and the 4th largest airport in the Caribbean.

The initial three-year contract, the start of a new partnership between Lynden Pindling International Airport and AeroCloud, will see new operations management systems in place from Q3 2022. 

George Richardson, CEO and Co-Founder of AeroCloud said: “With our state-of-the-art modular platform, we can provide Lynden Pindling International Airport with a best-in-class solution to help manage the millions of passengers it processes each year.

NAS is the perfect example of an airport that was in need of change, and I am delighted they selected us to lead their innovation and assist with the growth ambitions that this airport team can deliver.”

AeroCloud offers airports a cost-effective, and revolutionary approach to improving and developing their management systems while requiring little to no initial capital outlay.  

The platform’s transforming approach focuses on automating labour-intensive tasks and predicting operational events such as spikes in passenger numbers and congestion on the apron and gate areas, both of which occur during busy peak periods at airports like LPIA. The platform’s open architecture allows for access to a wide range of data sources, thus providing airport stakeholders with insights into operational trends such as cancellations, delays, and diversions. These predictive capabilities in turn facilitate prescriptive analytics that can optimise future gate allocation planning in a way that revolutionises airport decision making. 

LPIA already has access to enhanced arrival and departure data via the AeroCloud platform. The AI-Driven GMS will prove particularly valuable in supporting the management of the commercial aprons with the aim to enhance operational efficiency.

Richardson added: “Our gate management system will create a paradigm shift for Lynden Pindling International Airport greatly reducing the amount of manual tasks required to manage their operations, and also alerting key stakeholders to take proactive measures towards avoiding conflicts and irregular operations.”

By utilising specialist tools embedded within the system, AeroCloud’s software also allows airports to see, and respond to, peaks and troughs in passenger levels.

9th AUGUST 2022: AeroCloud Systems (AeroCloud), the 100% cloud native software platform dedicated to the growth of airports, has announced its merger with passenger processing (common-use) specialist Flight Solutions LTD.  The move, which will see the Company augment its capabilities to include airport passenger processing services, will offer its customers a comprehensive one-stop solution for all their airport data and passenger journey needs.  

“The market is ready for change. 1st August 2022: AeroCloud Systems, the 100% cloud native software platform dedicated to the support of airports, has announced the launch of Asset Management, an innovative new module. Designed to revolutionise management and repairs processes, the module builds on AeroCloud’s mission to improve airport efficiency. 

 Asset Management allows airports to manage and track the status of all airport assets and consumables and offers transparency of outstanding repair work across the airport. 

The innovative module allows users to access an interactive map to pinpoint assets and consumable stored locations to exact coordinates. Users can deep dive into assets that have outstanding repairs, set custom stock level alerts as well as keeping on top of expenditure. 

By merging operations, maintenance communications and workflows, AeroCloud’s new module allows airports to reduce turn-around-times and better allocate stretched human resources.

**What is a Gate Management System (GMS)?**

A Gate Management System (GMS) helps the airport allocate gates for arriving aircraft, plan ramp and gate operations and utilize the available resources of the airport in the most efficient manner. With a GMS, airports can even let airlines with quick turnarounds take decisions on gate allocations to enhance ground operations. ## What's your professional background?
I am a former Royal Navy Aircraft Technician and worked on Harrier aircraft. Following this, I carried my professional career into commercial aircraft maintenance working for OEM, Airline and MRO in both Part-145 and Part-M environments where I held the role of Commercial Manager with responsibility for winning new business and successfully winning major defence, OEM and airline
contracts.

## Why have you joined AeroCloud?
I wanted to change markets from aircraft maintenance to a more diverse industry, and I was particularly interested to work with a growing SaaS business whilst remaining in aviation. Flexible working was a major draw, allowing me more time in my personal life to improve that work-life balance.

## What do you hope to achieve with AeroCloud?
My goal is to become a senior commercial figure within the business and to be instrumental in winning new business. I really want to enhance my career, improve my knowledge and develop as a manager.

## When you're not helping airports solve operational challenges, what do you like to do?
I love spending time outdoors fishing, cycling, doing any DIY at home and building or making things.

## What's your professional background?

I graduated from Edge Hill University in 2018 with a professional Law degree. I went on to work for 3 years in the legal sector, with most of that time spent working in personal injury, and the other small portion spent in debt recovery.

## What do you hope to achieve with AeroCloud?

I took a leap of faith by joining AeroCloud. I guess the money and commission were a major incentive for me. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted to do with my career if I continued in the legal sector. It was something I was extremely interested in from the moment it landed at my table. I made it my priority to ensure I did everything possible to secure the role!

##What do you hope to achieve with AeroCloud?

Everything? Conquer the aviation world. In all seriousness, my primary goal is to help the company grow exponentially and secure as many deals as possible. Whilst this seems obvious, I also intend to absorb as many skills as possible from the professionals around me. I am surrounded by highly-motivated, talented individuals, and I want to learn as much as I can from them. I hope the foundations are being laid to help me reach the same level my seniors are at - if not higher!

## When you're not helping airports solve operational challenges, what do you like to do?

So since moving to Manchester, I am an approximate 10-minute walk from Piccadilly Train Station, which connects you to the whole of England. This has made it easy to follow my beloved Wigan Athletic up and down the country as best I can, although those days out are not cheap! I also enjoy spending time with my girlfriend, going on nice walks and going out for food. One thing I'm particular about is travelling! I do not like returning to the same places I've visited, and instead enjoy seeing as many different Countries/Cities as I can - so I guess this would fall under the explorer remit.
